His Area of specialization is Accounting and Auditing, Indian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP (Particularly in Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards and Financial Reporting). Mr Rawat’s expertise in writing accounting material brings to the fore his natural flair for teaching catching the student’s attention with his enjoyable lively examples equipped with facts and figures from the accounting world.
Puneet Pahuja - He is an ACCA (UK), MBA Finance (UK) has more than 5 years practical experience in field of Accounts and Finance. He has provided corporate trainings on international accounting in many manufacturing, media, oil and gas companies. He has well placed himself in a position for bringing the best out of ACCA and CIMA students and very well understands the thinking trends of aspiring accountants; his understanding for approaching the examinations equips students with innovative techniques to do the best.
Kapil Arora - ACCA (UK), he has assisted many UK practice firm. He has joined PIRON from Wipro where he was working as a senior accounts officer. He has in depth expertise in IFRS and has written many training manuals as well. He has well equipped himself for teaching ACCA and CIMA and is liked by students for his soft spoken teaching capabilities powered with innovative presentations which gives an in depth long lasting knowledge in an enjoyable manner.
Deepak Doshi - He is a CPA (USA). He is based in New York with over 20 years experience in accounting and auditing with 17 years in public accounting. Core competencies are attestation work, accounting and auditing research, quality control review and system set-up, drafting financial statement disclosures and written communications. Public accounting experience includes 10 years with KPMG including 3.5 years with KPMG Mumbai Office. He is a source of inspiration for his students having such a vast practical experience by introducing the students with real corporate scenarios with interesting facts, and boosts the confidence of students to perform well.

Nalin Sharma - A Chartered Accountant and I.C.W.A with 15 years of Rich Global experience in Audit and Assurance service, Control assurance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance and Accounts, Taxation and Consulting. Currently he is working as Deputy General Manager - Internal Audit with Wallmart India. Mr Sharma has worked on IAS/IFRS accounts finalization from 1999 to 2007 while working overseas in an auditing firm. Further he is also a faculty for ICAI -Delhi for IFRS training and have provided training on their behalf in corporates.Namit is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Holds extensive experience in the field of teaching and mentoring CA aspirants for more than 7 years. Also actively listed on the IFRS faculty board of PIRON since 2011. Actively Involved in designing reference materials, content development related to Finance and Accounting and Taxation, He is also a visiting faculty for CA coaching Institutes like Academy of Commerce, Moradabad since 2005 and Toppers Institute, Delhi since 2009.
Sharad Nakat is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary by profession. He has experience in teaching CA and CS aspirants for the last 3 years and have taught more than 2000 students till now. His core competence area is Tax, Accounts and Company Law.
